Does not seem like the odds for success are good. But the initial price is sure cheap. There is quite a bit of research and engineering that goes in to a turbo- gas flow and speed, tube and impeller size, etc., etc. Right off the top, a turbo intended to match the flow for an engine almost 3 times the cc of the 650 would exaggerate the "turbo lag" effect to the point of not working at all. But hey, if you've time and energy, you could maybe sleeve it down, try it out, and maybe stumble on something that works fairly well and is dirt cheap. I was looking for a cheap exhaust for my 650, found a car exhaust can that fit, cost $28 shipped, bought a few parts to mount it- it worked very well indeed. Did not gain any power, did not lose any either, and the sound was deeper and better than any of the name brands I heard. Like my old friend Bucky, once middleweight boxing champ of Tehachapi State Prison says, "Even a garbage can gets a steak once in a while".
