Shinko De Mayo Heads Up

Postby BRP » Tue Apr 03, 2012 6:59 am

For those who are in need of tires, keep in mind that every year in May,
Shinko tires go on sale, at very nice prices.
Hopefully I'll have them on my website once that happens.
So far the Verge 011 seems to be the best seller with great reviews from everyone
I've sold them to.

I just got a Verge rear on the Triumph.... I had a set of 009 ravens on the 650R and was very impressed at the grip and improved feel after taking off name brand tires....

The Verge handled just as expected with my previous experience with the Ravens, took it out to scrub the tire in a little and ran into some wet roads that hadn't dried from the previous rain. I didn't push it by any means but there was never a hint of any slippage. They are really good tires for the price which seems to be going up now that more and more people have been willing to try them out....

Which reminds me... BRP, do you stock 180/55's for your 180 650R conversion?
Those who don't stand behind our troops are more than welcome to stand in front of them!

Do not stock any tires.
Takes 2 days to get them.
Soon as I get the sale prices, I'll post 160/170 and 180 options and prices.
