Isle of Man TT races.....New Class....'Supertwins' for 650cc

Postby Ed Case » Tue Jun 05, 2012 5:30 pm

8th of June I.O.M. TT races..........new class......'Supertwins'.... for 650cc twin cylinder engined bikes and the Kawasaki Ninja/ER6 seems to be the 'hot' prospect. Ryan Farquahar the very successful Irish 'real' road racing specialist is being joined by several other noted 'hungry' racers so it should be very interesting. The outright lap record, unsurprisingly, for Superbikes (1000cc) is around the 133mph mark so it should be eye-opening what the Supertwin fastest lap will be, I'm expecting around the 120mph mark but wouldn't be surprised if it's faster. There is no finer holiday (vacation) than the race week in 'The Island', anything else is less !, I've done it.

Hey Ed,
I'm finding trouble in watching the race. Can't seem to find a channel/website that shows it here in the US. Everything seems to work for the UK.
Does anyone have a few links I can save to my favs??

I think you are shit outta luck unless you can connect to a server in the UK and watch from that.

I pretty sure that they don't show the races live in the us but a few weeks or a month after it over. I forgot the channel but have my dvr set for the races.
