what style files are limited to up loading, what r the steps, i heave stuff i want to show....

Must be < 256KB in size, limit 3 per post.

is there a certain file name it must be and where do i upload from on this post for instance?

Below the posting section, it's titled Upload attachment.

Click the browse button to find the file on your harddrive, then click the "Add the file" buttonbelow it.

i find it easier to upload them to photobucket or similar instead and then post the link inside IMG tags. then you can reuse elsewhere and it saves the forum some bandwidth/storage.

+1 this is the thoughtful way of doing it, especially with all the free image hosting available.

Besides... link whoring is a lot more fun, and eventually it goes away. Almost metaphorical.
