Spotted 1-2 650R on Mont. Co. MD inner loop Beltway-no pics

[2007 650R]

I spotted a black 650R in traffic today. I really tried to get a pic of it but I couldnt get the phone out in time. It was on the inner loop of the Capital Beltway in Montgomery County area coming from near route 190 (River Road) and headed towards route 270 north.
I also thought I saw a blue 650R about 1/4 mile behind the black one.
