Red, could not tell year. 1:30 near the dam, 4-21 passed me on my two up bike when a pickup towing a boat finally pulled off. Sounded like he/she was not reving it, just tourquing along. Good to see folks getting out, weather finally warm (89!) after highs in 50s, lows 40s just 3 days ago- in CA!
