I wanted to introduce myself on here. Im the proud new owner of an 08 green 650r. This is my first bike and im very excited.

im lovin it! i really need to find someone in my area that can teach me how to work on it. i used to be an auto mechanic but bikes are a whole different ballgame for me. :lol:

Auto mechanic? Get a service manual and I'll bet you'll do just fine.

im in auburn. its between winder and buford.

im looking for someone to help me with stuff like airbox mods, pair valve, modding the undertail area, etc., info that wont be avail. in the service manual. but i do plan on getting one soon.

Take a few weeks, or months, to look over all the topics. Everything that you may want to do has been done or has been asked about being done.
It's very organized (unlike other sites) and you should have no problem finding what you need.
